He Huarahi Tamariki is a school for young people who are pregnant or parenting and wish to complete their education in a supportive and welcoming environment. Students’ tamariki are cared for on the same site in the excellent Uncle Lele’s House. Each student is supported to create an individual learning plan which is shaped by their chosen pathway, whether that is into tertiary education, trades training or employment. Students are also provided with a range of social support.
